Return and Refund Policy

We have a policy that explains the steps that should be followed to ensure that the return and refund process is efficient and effective.

User must meet the conditions below:

Return Policy

The items should be returned within 7 days to the supplier from the delivery date.

The user will fill out the return form with a clear description of why they will return the items and upload 3 to 5 photos to the SECUVIEW E-Commerce.

The item should be in new condition with packaging box, all accessories, gift items provided, and in a resalable condition as acquired from our Website.

Order confirmation details and Delivery Note.

The items’ conditions will be checked upon receiving them to verify the return reason before accepting them back.

Refund Policy

The client should choose to return and exchange or return and be refunded the amount they incurred to purchase upon approval. The company will process the refund within 7 days after we receive the item. The item paid for by card will get a refund on the same card that made the payment. For the cash payment, the refund will be made back to the SECUVIEW E-Commerce website wallet.
